Experience Nyepi Day, Bali's Unique New Year's Eve: Participate in Nyepi Day, the Balinese "Day of Silence". This sacred day marks the Balinese New Year with a complete standstill across the island, providing a profound chance for reflection and deep spiritual connection.

Allow their New Year to be your New Year: This retreat offers a perfect opportunity to restart the year with a detox week, helping you cleanse your body and mind, setting a rejuvenating tone for the months to come.

·       7 days, 6 nights

·       Twin share accommodation in eco-friendly villas with private bathrooms (see the photos)

·       Daily organic vegan meals and local herbal infusions

·       Daily yoga, meditation, journaling and mindfulness practices: although no prior experience is required.

·       Workshops led by Lina, a provisional psychologist, and Nick, a specialist in breathwork and hypnotherapy: Practical mindfulness, emotional resilience, and holistic wellness

·       Cultural experiences: Participate in authentic Balinese rituals and ceremonies particularly around Nyepi Day

·       Excursions and activities: Guided tours to temples, rice fields, and places of significance as well as being downtown Ubud to experience the magic of this city

§  2nd Payment: $728 USD due 15 November 2024

§  3rd Payment: $750 USD due 15 January 2025

§  Final Payment: $300 USD 3 March 2025

Detailed Itinerary

March 25: Arrival and Welcome

·       Arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport and transfer to the retreat centre

·       Welcome ceremony set intentions of the retreat

March 26-30: Daily Activities

·       Morning yoga and meditation sessions

·       Workshops led by Lina and Nick: Practical mindfulness, emotional resilience and holistic wellness

·       Cultural rituals: Participate in Balinese ceremonies and witness traditional dances

·       Excursions: Visit temples, sacred waterfalls, rice fields, and spend your days exploring Ubud

·       One of the most enriching aspects of our retreats is the people you meet. Fellow participants often become like family, sharing a unique, mind-aligned bond that extends beyond the retreat.

March 29: Nyepi Day - The Day of Silence

·       Experience Nyepi, the Balinese "Day of Silence," a cornerstone of Balinese Hindu tradition. On this sacred day, the island comes to a complete standstill, allowing for solemn reflection and deep spiritual connection.

·       The airport, telecommunications and many stores are all closed. We will be taking this time to centre ourselves in the solace.

March 31: Farewell and Departure

·       Final yoga session and closing circle

·       Transfer to Ngurah Rai Airport for departure

·       Please book your flight to arrive by March 25 before 2 pm (Bali time) and depart on March 31 after 12 pm (Bali time). Email us your itinerary once booked. Bali’s airport is Ngurah Rai Airport (Denpasar) or code DPS.
